This legislation has yet to pass the full House and Senate. It must be signed into law. Strong legislation will allow crypto to continue to flourish and as mentioned, permit the freedom of permission-less transactions.

To be clear! A central back digital currency (CBDC) is not the same thing as crypto currency. CBDC’s allow the government to track every single transaction you make. Things like what you buy, to who you pay. Crypto does not.

In Congress, we must ensure the development or implementation of a CBDC is stopped. Under no circumstance can we have CBDCs because the government will use this as a tool for power and control. We’ve already seen this occur in China. #BanCBDC
